Longer stay residencies available during the period from the end of June to the beginning of September each year, except for when retreats are taking place.

This smaller residency property provides artists with a safe, peaceful environment to focus on their creative journey, whether you’re trying new mediums, exploring unconventional concepts, or pushing against your own boundaries — a safe space for growth and artistic exploration.

Immerse yourself in the rhythms of slow living in rural Catalonia — this residency gives you time and space to think, time to breathe, walk in the forests, swim in the sea and create at your own pace. You are also welcome to walk up to Casa Almeda to meet the other creatives on residencies whenever you need company, encouragement and companionship. Casa Almeda is a 5 minute walk from The Tree House

There are 3 bedrooms at The Tree House, 1 Emperor size, 1 superking size, and 1 large single size. There are 2 studios, for music creation or writing etc.

The Tree House can be divided into 2 entirely separate apartments, one upstairs one downstairs, each with their own kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, studios and access etc.

The Tree House has a beautiful garden with sweeping views over the forested valley to the Garrotxa mountains and the Pyrenees in the far distance. There are lovely terraces and spots to sit and enjoy the peace and birdsong. The sunsets are spectacular from the Tree House
