Perched with views over the Mediterranean, on the edge of the medieval village of Romanyà de la Selva, the villa offers space, privacy, and peace in the heart of Catalonia. Surrounded by the cork forests of the Gavarres mountains, it’s the perfect base to create, relax, explore, and enjoy both mountain and sea.

From the door you can step onto trails for walking, trail running, mountain biking, gravel riding, or for road cyclists take on the quiet roads beloved by cyclists heading to the coast, the inland hills, or even the Pyrenees. Beautiful beaches are just 15 minutes away, while Girona with its glorious old town and cafe culture and airport are within 30 to 40 minutes. Barcelona lies just over an hour to the south.

Beaches are close at hand too: Platja d’Aro and Sa Conca are only 15 minutes away, with S’Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guíxols just a little further. The village itself is home to the renowned restaurant Can Roquet, only a three-minute walk from the house

The House

The villa is designed to welcome groups of family, friends, or adventurers with space, comfort, and Mediterranean charm.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

  • 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which can be configured as doubles or twins

  • 1 boxroom with bunkbeds (ideal for children or extra guests)

  • 2 en-suite bedrooms, plus a shared bathroom and an additional separate WC

In total, the main house comfortably sleeps 8–10 people.

Living Spaces
The heart of the villa is its spacious open-plan living area, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen that flows out to the pool terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views down the valley to Palamós and the Mediterranean Sea. A separate pantry with a large American-style fridge freezer makes catering easy, and a dedicated laundry room with washing machine keeps longer stays simple.

Outdoors
The 8-metre pool and surrounding terraces are perfect for relaxing in the sun or dining outdoors. A large garden provides plenty of space for children to play or for quiet moments in nature. BBQ facilities and shaded dining areas make long evenings under the Catalan sky a highlight.
