LUCY DOHERTY

Lucy is a professional chef, with a clear passion and love for food. She loves Modern European, Italian, Spanish and Thai food particularly, and is often creating fusion dishes exploring amazing flavours on the plate.

Cooking is not just her job but how also she likes to spend her spare time. It is truly her life.

She learned her superb skills at Le Cordon Bleu cookery school, and then The River Cafe, a Michelin starred Italian restaurant, and then Anglo Thai, the only Michelin starred Thai restaurant in London. Since then she has cooked privately and commercially around the world, wowing all who taste her food.

We are delighted to have her as the chef for many of our retreats. Many of our past retreatants said they would have come to la Selva for the food alone!
